허리부위, 넷째 허리뼈 가시돌기 (spinous process of the 4th lumbar vertebra) 아래모서리와 같은 높이, 뒤정중선(posterior median line)에서 가쪽으로 1.5寸.

In the lumbar region, at the same level as the inferior border of the spinous process of the fourth lumbar vertebra (L4), 1.5 B-cun lateral to the posterior median line.

- 直刺 0.5～1寸
- 1～2寸 (坐骨神經痛 치료시는 약간 外斜方으로)
- 薦腸關節炎에는 鍼尖을 下向하여 小腸兪(BL27)로 透刺
