취혈
셋째 뒤엉치뼈구멍은 손가락을 次髎(BL32)에서부터 아래쪽으로 움직이면서 찾으면 처음으로 촉지되는 오목한 곳이다.

Note: The third posterior sacral foramen is located in the first depression, moving downward from BL32.
침구법
- 直刺 0.5～1寸 (刺入仙骨後孔內)
