회음부위(perineal region), 남성은 항문(anus)과 음낭 뒤모서리(posterior border of the scrotum)를 연결하는 선의 중점, 여성은 항문(anus)과 뒤 대음순연결(posterior commissure of labium majoris)을 연결하는 선의 중점.

In the perineal region, at the midpoint of the line connecting the anus with the posterior border of the scrotum in males and the posterior commissure of the labium majoris in females.

옆으로 눕거나, 무릎을 굽혀서 가슴에 댄 자세에서, 항문과 생식기 사이의 중점에서 취혈한다.

Note: CV1 is located midway between the anus and the genital organ, with the subject lying on the side or in knee-chest position.
