부위
앞가슴부위, 앞정중선(anterior median line) 위, 목아래패임(suprasternal fossa)에서 아래쪽으로 1寸.

In the anterior thoracic region, 1 B-cun inferior to the suprasternal fossa, on the anterior median line.
Note: CV21 is located 1 B-cun inferior to CV22.
침구법
- 直刺 0.2～0.3寸
- 斜刺 0.3～0.5寸 (下方으로 향해 皮下를 沿해 刺入)
