부위
머리, 風池(GB20)에서 수직으로 위 쪽, 바깥뒤통수뼈융기(external occipital protuberance) 위모서리와 같은 높이.

On the head, at the same level as the superior border of the external occipital protuberance, directly superior to GB20.
Note: GB19 is at the same level as GV17 and BL9.
침구법
- 直刺 0.2～0.3寸
- 斜刺 0.3～0.5寸 (뒤를 향하여 沿皮刺)
