부위
발목 앞안쪽면, 앞정강근힘줄(tibialis anterior tendon) 안쪽, 안쪽복사(medial malleolus) 앞쪽의 오목한 곳.
※주 : 解谿(ST41)와 商丘(SP5)의 중간에 위치한다.

On the anteromedial aspect of the ankle, in the depression medial to the tibialis anterior tendon, anterior to the medial malleolus.
Note: LR4 is located midway between SP5 and ST41.

- 直刺 0.3～0.5寸
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸
