팔이음뼈(shoulder girdle), 겨드랑주름(axillary fold) 뒤쪽끝에서 위쪽, 어깨뼈가시(spine of the scapula) 아래쪽 오목한 곳.

On the shoulder girdle, superior to the posterior end of the axillary fold, in the depression inferior to the spine of the scapula.
침구법
- 直刺 0.5～1寸
- 斜刺 1～2寸 (약간 前下方으로)
