발 안쪽면, 엄지발가락, 첫째 발허리발가락관절(the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint)에서 몸 쪽 오목한 곳의 赤白肉際에 취혈함.

On the medial aspect of the foot, in the depression proximal to the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint, at the border between the red and white flesh.
침구법
- 0.3～0.5寸 直刺
- 斜刺 0.3～0.5寸
