위팔 뒤쪽면, 어깨세모근(deltoid muscle)의 뒤모서리 아래뒤쪽, 봉우리각(acromial angle)에서 아래쪽으로 3寸.

On the posterior aspect of the arm, posteroinferior to the border of the deltoid muscle, 3 B-cun inferior to the acromial angle.
침구법
- 直刺 0.5～1寸
- 斜刺 0.5～1寸
