Since last hosting the ASM in 2005, Melbourne has been voted the most livable city in the world 5 times! Come and see why! We are known for our love of coffee and diversity of food culture. It certainly has turned this ‘Norn Iron’ (Northern Ireland) native into a food snob with potatoes bumped down my list of favourites! So in true Melbourne style, we will be putting a spin on the Conference Dinner.
While undoubtedly the food capital of Australia, our aim with the Melbourne 2016 ASM is to ensure that the science doesn’t get ‘lost in translation’ but rather have it at the forefront.
