On behalf of the Korean Society of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology (KSPST), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2016 International Conference of KSPST from December 1 to 2 at the K Hotel in Seoul, South Korea. The meeting will address some of the recent progress and achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences and technology, under the main theme of the "Current status and future perspectives on pharmaceutical sciences and technologies". It will be an opportunity for the multi-disciplinary researchers from academia, pharmaceutical industry, and government to gather together and discuss the most recent research accomplishments.
